Doesn't get any more Indie than that.

Although many a female under the age of 26 would like to disagree, Great Britian’s contribution to the American musical culture pot no longer consists of only discarded Spice Girl albums.  Well, not if Dan Black has anything to do with it.

This self-described pop artist out of The UK would like us to think of the genre in a wholly different light.  And with an album like UN, an upcoming tour Stateside, and a potential collab with Kid Cudi, the revolutionary is likely to change a mind or two.

Black’s audio quirkiness is equally matched by the visual aesthetic of his music videos.  Be it HYPNTZ, Yours, or a slew of other pieces, the man isn’t content with just ear candy. If the remake of his Rihanna/Biggie mashup - Symphonies - doesn’t give you an eyegasm, you simply aren’t a human being.

2010>2009 - If you made it through Elementary School.

It’s that time of the year when false commitments and soon to be unrealized goals run rampant.  Avoid the headache this time around by resolving for others… not yourself.  Just hit play and sit back as chicoobispo tells you how to make this year a lot better than the last.  Just remember, if someone’s going to fail, it might as well not be you!

Where in the World is Carmen Bishop Obispo?

In America!  In Coming to America II, Eddie Murphy plays Andrew Bishop.  He traveled all the way from South Korea to only end up losing his awesome new camera to those San Diegians. Despite this lost, Bishop managed to Crush It with this new video. Please enjoy. We’ll have more to come soon.

After watching, clap that shit because it’s the real deal.

Many of us have a tendency to go a bit overboard with the rants when it comes to our pet peeves.  Trivial matters, yes, but still they rub us in all the wrong ways.
My beef, you ask?  YouTube Comments.
The abhorring grammar, elementary misuse of words (your vs. you’re), and pseudo religious dedication to ‘textspeak’ makes me wonder if commenters are simply being casual, or if they truly didn’t pay attention in English class.
    Enjoy the Rant.
