    Chico Idea Capture System/GTD

Joining the GTD movement, I hacked my moleskine. The end result is an idea capturing system designed to interconnect ideas, think outside the box, and more importantly, make real awesome stuff. On flickr, the photos are for you to copy/steal how I organized my lifehack.

    Skypecast Experiment

I am trying something new here. Skypecast is a podcast, but you use Audio Hijack Pro to record the conversation. Use Audacity to edit the audio, and finally Apple’s Garageband to do some more editing.

The audio is choppy at times, but listenable. Colin Reed as guest. We chew the fat about twitter, facebook, SxSW, building a website as a non-computer programmer, what is the expectation to our generation in relation to job skills and Web 2.0.

Cut & Paste & Move To: Filecutter

filecutter1 (Mac) Switching up from a PC to Mac came with a lot benefits. However one thing I missed was the ability to cut and paste via right-clicking. The contextual menu served as a real fast way to move stuff around. But Mac didn’t have it as default. I stumbled upon Filecutter. Developed by Greg Weston, a shareware application sets up the ability to cut, copy, move to, copy to, and paste files on your Mac. This application is specially useful when you have ton of downloads or photos or what have you on your desktop and need to move them into different folders. Its $5.00 application. Its worth it when you think about the time you use up over the time you save.
